We understand the importance of making a house feel like a home, which is why we have a flexible pet policy. We usually allow smaller pets with a pet deposit, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

  • How do I qualify to apply?

    View our resident critiera selection below:


    • Income-Must be 3 times the amount of monthly rent (in some circumstances we may lower this requirement)
    • Employment/ Income verification-must provide contact for current employer.
    • All applicants over 18 years of age must submit an application and pay an application fee.
    • Minimum Credit Score – Applicants with a combined household income meeting the income requirements of the specific property they wish to rent, must all also have a minimum credit score of 525. (No credit is considered a ZERO score). If your credit does not meet the minimum threshold score, we may be unable to rent a home to you.
    • Applicants must all have at least 12 months verifiable rental history (Previous landlord contact is required). Applicants can have no more than three late payments, during the last 12 month period as reported by the previous landlord. Applicants must also be reported to have “taken good care of the property”.
    • Applicants must not have an outstanding balance with a previous landlord.
    • Applicants must not have a rental eviction on their record or serious criminal background.
    • Pets are considered on case by case basis and are subject to non-refundable pet fee.
    • Upon approval and lease execution, we do require a security deposit ( in the amount of 1 month rent) to hold the property.
    • We do not discriminate because of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Handicap, Familial Status, National Origin, or Sexual Orientation.
